POWER FLUSHING
If your central heating system or radiators suffer from cold areas when you touch them, or brown dirty water comes out when you bleed the radiators, it could benefit greatly from a Powerflush.
If this sludge and debris remains in your central heating system it can reduce the effectiveness of the system, and may lead to failure of the boiler. We can fully clean your central heating using our Kamco Power Flushing Machine that forces water at high velocity throughout the pipework to dislodge the sludge and limescale that has built up over the years.

MAGNETIC FILTERS
Many central heating systems suffer from iron ocide contamination which produces thick sludge deposits in the system. These metal particles often originate from within radiators and get carried around your central heating system.
A heating system comprises many metal components, and they are prone to rust that may break off and circulate around the system over the years. This can eventually block up the boilers heat exchanger, pumps and radiators and lead to problems if not treated.
We can install a Magnetic Filter which will ‘trap’ these metal particles and clean your central heating system, working effectively to help prevent damage to the system.
BOILER REPAIRS
If your boiler has become faulty or broken down completely please contact us. We have experience working on all makes of boilers and can diagnose your problem quickly and efficiently.
Your fault could be due to loss of pressure, faulty pump, or the pilot light won’t ignite. If there is a blockage or air in the system that may lead to overheating and the boiler shuts down automatically to prevent further damage.

LANDLORD’S GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATE
Landlords are responsible for the safety of their tenants and are required to have their gas appliances services inspected regularly to comply with the law.
We can check all gas installations including pipework and flues every 12 months to make sure the property is safe for your tenants. Once we’ve carried out the safety checks we issue a Landlords Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) or we can advise you if work is needed to meet the required standard.
